Board ...........9 bucks
SS bolts....... 4 bucks
Stain we all have
Varnish we all have

Cut boards to length , sand stain and varnish then mount on boarding ladder
IT  IS SO MUCH EASIER getting back in the boat after a moonlight skinny dip  with these

Everyone should do this !!!!!!!!
